Famous Food:
Singaporean cuisine is as diverse in its ethnicity as its people, it accompanies Malaysian, Chinese, Indonesian, Indian and Western influences. A visit to one of the shopping centers or food centers of the mall will be as open as possible. This list covers the main things we believe in the best examples of Singapore’s famous food that are available throughout the city, from removable street food carts to elegant rope restaurants.
Hainanese chicken rice:
Chopped chicken with rice cooked in chicken broth. The favorite dish always makes a quick and satisfying lunch. The quality of chicken broth is vital for this.
Chilli crab:
Hard shell cables cooked in a medium-thick crust with tomato and chili base. Glazed crabs are partially cracked, then fried in a paste that contains chili sauce.
Laksa:
Rice noodles in spicy coconut curry soup with shrimp, fish cakes, egg and chicken meat – a cross between Chinese and Malay cuisine. Laksa also has many variants.
Char kuay teow:
Fried white noodles with black soy sauce, bean sprouts, fish cake, clams and Chinese sausages. You will find this dish in jackets and restaurants.
Hokkien prawn mee:
Fried Hokkien noodles with prawns, chicken or pork slices, and squid and fish pie, with soy salt, vinegar and chili. Each service has a sauce with a sambal and a touch of lime to reduce the fatty flavor.
Fish head curry:
Huge one of vegetables and vegetables cooked in curry and served with rice or bread. It usually has a glass of local calamansi or lemon liquid.
Satay:
Grilled meat served with rice cake (ketupat), peanut sauce and cucumber and chili sauce. This very popular dish makes a big bang or party.
Char siew meats on rice or noodles:
The meat of the siew of the automobile makes a Chinese dish that is popular in Chinese, consisting of red pork meat and pork belly roasted in thick sauce.
